The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Sudesh Rai, father of the informant, with spear. It is submitted that no injury was found on the person of the father of the informant. Other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Chapra in Sonepur P.S. Case No. 576/14.
