The petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.08.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged against the petitioner that he killed his father for partitioning the property since the father of the petitioner performed two marriages.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 319 of 2012 pending in the court of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1459 of 2015 (02) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Let the trial be expedited.
