The petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No.575 of 2014 registered under sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, being the official of the Bank, has alleged that the petitioner deposited two cheques in the bank which, on verification, were found false and fabricated. The petitioner tried to cheat the Bank.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is in custody since 17.11.2014.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner has got as many as 5 criminal cases of similar nature against him.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
