2. Pursuant to the previous order, personal affidavit has been filed on behalf of the District Magistrate, Rohtas stating that the encroachments in terms of order dated 22.12.2016 passed in CWJC No. 5938 of 2014 have been removed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the position.

4. In view thereof, nothing further remains in the application. Accordingly, the same stands disposed off.

5. The Court would only observe that the district authorities, both civil and police are obliged to ensure that on the land in question no fresh encroachment crops up. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- U
