JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-10-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Biroul P.S. Case No. 317 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498 A, 312 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

In order to explore the amicable solution of the dispute the matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The report of Mediation Centre dated 29.08.2022 is annexed with the record which shows that the matter has been settled between

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44056 of 2021(5) dt.10-10-2022 2/2 the parties and terms and conditions have been mentioned in the report dated 29.08.2022.

Considering the fact that the matter has amicably been settled between the parties, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Biroul, Darbhanga in connection with Biroul P.S. Case No. 317 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
