The accusation against the petitioner is that he committed rape on a minor girl and in course of investigation, the victim supported the occurrence.

Although, it is argued that in medical examination, no sign of rape was found and the victim was found major but in my view, the statement of victim prima facie inspires confidence to this court and, therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with
