JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that one rifle, three live cartridges and explosive substances were recovered from conscious possession as well as house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at least, at this stage and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with U.A.P. Case No. 91 of 2015 arising out of Mallaypur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015 pending in the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, Jamui stands rejected.
