The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation the stolen motorcycles have been recovered from the house of the petitioners. It is also alleged that all of them have confessed their guilt that they have purchased stolen motorcycles from one Anil Sahani.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have clean antecedents and they had purchased motorcycles from Anil Sahani. Petitioners are stated to be in jail since 22.11.2014.

No.403 of 2015 (3) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, namely, Lalbabu Chaudhary, Bhola Chaudhary and Janak Chaudhary are directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Betiah in Bairiya P.S. Case No. 253/2014, with a further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners must be a close relative or family member of the petitioners who shall file affidavit before the concerned court giving complete genealogy to show their relationship with him.

If the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
