The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
As per the allegation in F.I.R, co-accused person surrounded the informant and opened fire. The allegation against petitioner is that she assaulted the informant by means of brick over left knee of the informant due to which the informant sustained injury over his left knee. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and she has falsely

It is also submitted that specific allegation of firing is against co-accused persons and the allegation against the petitioner is that she gave brick blow upon the knee of the informant. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the fact that petitioner being a lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 34 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) nirajkrs/- U T
