JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.10.2014 in a cased registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Accusation against the petitioner is of causing firearm injury to the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple in nature and the informant is accused in a case lodged by the petitioner when his father was murdered.

Considering the aforesaid facts let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.164 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 523 of 2012.
