The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 326, 324 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is stated to have come armed with a Hasuli and of having assaulted Dilip Kumar, Dipak Kumar and Anuj Kumar leading to injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The allegations levelled in the FIR are false and concocted. No motive whatsoever has been assigned for the alleged assault. Investigation has concluded with submission of the charge sheet. The petitioner is in custody since 19.1.2019. Heard learned APP for the State.

Case no. 28 of 2019) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge XII, Muzaffarpur.
