JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the benefits of A.C.P. has already been granted to the petitioner and the requisite payment by way of consequential benefits has also been paid. However, the only issue which remains is regarding grant of benefits of M.A.C.P. for which the petitioner seeks liberty to represent before the appropriate authority i.e. respondent no. 3.
Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3 for grant of the benefits of M.A.C.P. which
