The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the dead body of the deceased Guddu Ram were found hanging with a muffler on a tree in the mango orchard.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. After investigation charge sheet has been submitted under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 3.12.2020 and investigation in the case has concluded. He has no criminal antecedent.

No.44110 of 2021(2) dt.24-01-2022 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submission of charge sheet under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code and the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case no. 456 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur.
