JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.2.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 3 and 4 of Explosive Substances Act and section 17 of Criminal Law Amendment Act. It is alleged that the bomb was exploded in the house of the informant by the extremists. The FIR was lodged against unknown. Name of the petitioner sprang up during confession. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on the basis of general and omnibus accusation the petitioner has been roped in the present case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1193 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 175 of 2012.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner in case the petitioner gets involved in serious offence or defaults without any reasonable cause on two consecutive occasions.
