The petitioner seeks bail in Roh P.S. Case No. 86 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that they assaulted his sister-in-law Sudama Devi. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Sudama Devi by Garasa on her head. One Munna Yadav alleged to have been killed.

It is submitted that the Doctor did not find any external or internal injury on the body of the deceased, cause of death could not be ascertained. The informant also not made any specific allegation against any of the accused persons about the assault made

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Roh P.S.
