No.19899 of 2016 the case of the petitioner for regularization was directed to be considered in the light of the earlier judgment of this Court passed in C.W.J.C. Patna High Court MJC No.1329 of 2018(4) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 petitioner on some grounds for which he prays for time. In my opinion, in the nature of the order passed by this Court requiring the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization that, it has resulted in one such order passed on 07.05.2019, in case it aggrieves the petitioner on any count, the forum would be otherwise and not in a contempt application and the petitioner if so advised can take recourse thereto.

The contempt application is disposed of.
