The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 8 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that petitioners are not named in the first information report and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It is further submitted that names of the petitioners figured in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Jagarnath Sah @Mishri Jee . Except the confessional statement of co-accused, Investigating Officer did not collect any

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned S.D.J.M, Raxual at Motihari East Champaran in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 8 of 2015.
