Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that he was caught in connection with another case and confessed his guilt disclosing his involvement in the present case. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation coaccused Raju Paswan and two others have already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari in Ramgarhwa P.S. Case no. 119/2012.
