2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Angarh P.S. Case No. 17/2024 lodged on31.05.2024 under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the present F.I.R. has been lodged against 8-10 unknown accused persons who are alleged to have committed robbery at the informant's residence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that the petitioner's name has surfaced in this case solely on the basis of the confessional statement of a coaccused. He submits that the petitioner is alleged to have

Learned counsel also submits that prior to the lodging of the present F.I.R., the petitioner had no criminal antecedents; however, after the registration of the present case, the police have implicated him in three other criminal cases, details of which have been mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the present petition. The petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner does not have a clean antecedent.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, but only after framing of charge, if not already framed, and subject to the condition that at the time of furnishing the bail bond, the Trial Court shall satisfy itself that the petitioner is not absconding in any of the cases pending against him, as mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the petition, namely: (i) Baisi P.S. Case No. 147 of 2024, (ii) Amour P.S. Case No. 374 of 2024, and (iii) Angarh P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1) (d) of the BNSS,
