Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused. Moreover, except the confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. The co-accused, Md. Irfan, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Piprahi P.S.
