Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there is a typographical error in the cause title of the order dated 19.08.2020 to the extent the same relates to description of the name of the petitioner's father. The name of petitioner's father is 'Abdhesh Prasad Srivstav', which is rightly mentioned in the application, but in the order-sheet 'Akhlesh Prasad Srivastava' has been typed.

In view of the aforesaid, this application is allowed. The order dated 19.08.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19991 of 2020 stands modified. Let 'Abdhesh Prasad Srivstav' be read in place of 'Akhlesh Prasad Srivastava' as father's name
