====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 29-07-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

2. The petitioner is directed to make a suitable representation to the Respondent No. 2, i.e, the Principal Secretary, Department of Industries, Government of Bihar, Patna ventilating his grievance within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being received, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9010 of 2022(22) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 Respondent No. 2, i.e, the Principal Secretary, Department of Industries, Government of Bihar, shall consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of the said representation.

3. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
