JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and co-accused Md. Sayed Nasruddin were caught along with five children and they disclosed that the aforesaid five children were being carried by them to get them employed as bounded labourers.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Rail P.S.Case No. 122 of 2015.
