The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 386 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, one countrymade pistol and cartridges were recovered. For that, the petitioner is in jail since 12.05.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for one year and four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashok Kumar Gupta,
