2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 280 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the daughter of the informant was married with co-accused Rabindra Singh. Thereafter, the accused persons demanded a motorcycle in dowry and due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, they inflicted atrocities upon the victim. On 04.07.2023, the informant got an information about the death of his daughter in her matrimonial house. He made allegation that the accused persons strangulated her to death.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law (devar) of the deceased. They have no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple. They have falsely been implicated merely because they are father, mother and brother of the husband of the deceased. He has further submitted that there is allegation of demand of a motorcycle in dowry but the petitioners are supposed to have no use of that motorcycle. He has also submitted that the other relatives, who have falsely been implicated as accused in this case, have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 17.12.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 6039 of 2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let in the event of arrest or surrender, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM-Ist, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 280 of 2023. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
