1. The present modification petition is preferred as to correct the name of police station and address of petitioner which is part of cause title as passed in order no. 2 of Cr. Misc. No. 9907 of 2026 vide order dated 17.02.2026.

2. It is submitted that the aforesaid error is purely typographical and instead of "Barachatti Police Station" it should be "Hunterganj Police Station".

3. Office is directed to correct the name of police station in cause title of the aforesaid order, as indicated above.

4. In view of aforesaid, time of surrender is also extended considering the oral submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and as such the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court of learned Exclusive Spl. Judge, Excise 3, Gaya within two weeks that is on or before 29.05.2026.

5. This order shall be treated as a part of order dated 17.02.2026 as passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9907 of 2026.
