The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant's motorcycle, cash and mobile were robbed leading to the registration of the case under Section 395 of the IPC. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation.

A statement has been made in para 6 of the petition that neither there is any recovery from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on TIP and the investigation has

Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been put on TIP, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 12th Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sessions Trial No. 34 of 2015 arising out of Mehsi P.S. Case No. 11 of 2013.
