The petitioner seeks bail in Chowk P.S. Case No. 113 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended by the police and it is said that one theft motorcycle of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2014 was recovered from possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner was apprehended and the motorcycle was recovered from the side and not from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 29.07.2014. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2183 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Bed Prakash Modi, the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 113 of 2014.
