Half litre of country made liquor and 15 K.G. of Mahua are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 23.08.2016. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S.Case No.369 of 2016.
