2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Belchhi P. S. Case No. 133 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per prosecution case, on 07.07.2025 at about 10 PM, brother of the informant went towards Ekdanga Bridge but did not return and on search, he could not be traced out.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during investigation in confessional statement of co-accused Bobby Kumar who has already been granted regular bail by a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36377 of 2026(2) dt.03-07-2026 2/2 co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.03.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6027 of 2026. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 13.02.2026.
5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent and period of custody, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge-V, Barh, Patna in connection with Belchhi P. S. Case No. 133 of 2025. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
