The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019 or the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties with injuries having been inflicted on both sides.

No.33144 of 2019(2) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.,- I, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
