In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 354(B), 379, 506 I.P.C. and Section B of the POCSO Act.

Allegation has been made that the daughter of the informant Anshu Kumari aged about 18 years went for natural call at 7.30 P.M. behind upgraded middle school situated at southern side of village, at that time, the petitioner forcibly tried to sexually assault the victim and also threatened of her life inasmuch as snatched her wrist watch, mobile and golden ring.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7377 of 2016 (3) dt.11-04-2016 2/2 The counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court to the case diary where phone numbers of the victim and the petitioner have been recorded show that on different occasions, both were talking to each other.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl had developed good relation with the petitioner and she herself had gone to meet the petitioner but in the meantime, he was caught by her parent which led to filing of this case. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st A.D.J., Sheikhpura in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015.
