2. The petitioners are in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 32(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018 (Amended).

3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 90 liters of illegal Nepalese liquor which was recovered from a gunny bags loaded on a motorcycle bearing registration no.BHG-14909 and the petitioners were only driver and co-driver of the said motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

He next submits that both the petitioners were not the owner of the said motorcycle and they have no knowledge about the consignment of the liquor. Petitioners have got clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the petition and they are in custody since 05.04.2026.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named both the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.II, Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri Excise Prohibition P.S. Case No. 331 of 2026.
