The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 261 of 2013 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 298 of 2010 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court on 27.8.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 17562 of 2014. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that by now the petitioner has remained in custody for over two years.

Be that as it may, for the reasons assigned in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11067 of 2015 (2) dt.18-03-2015 2 / 2 aforesaid order dated 27th August, 2014, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected.

The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
