Petitioner happens to be the sole assailant of deceased and on account thereof, there happens to be no reason for reconsideration. Accordingly, prayer of petitioner for bail is rejected. However, in case, the witnesses are produced before the learned lower Court, the learned lower Court will proceed with the trial on day to day basis without granting any undue adjournment and will conclude the trial within three months. If not, then in that event, the learned lower Court will take all effective steps including issuance of processes in accordance with law against the witnesses for getting their appearance.
