Petitioner is in jail custody since 02.08.2014 on the accusation that five live 9 M.M. cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession. Para 3 of the petition reveals that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 329 of 2014.
