The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No. 105 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that on the basis of confessional statement of the petitioner certain articles were recovered from the room of the mother of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present even though he is in custody since 15th June, 2014. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3520 of 2015 (3) dt.04-03-2015 2 / 2 rejected.

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after the farming of charges.
