The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 447, 448, 354(A)(B), 379, 504, 506, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., all the accused persons including these petitioners, armed with lathi, sword etc., came at the house of informant and started abusing him and on protest, petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have assaulted by sword to informant on his head and co-accused Wakif Mian assaulted mother of informant. It is further alleged that co-accused Rehana Khatoon snatched Rs. 2,000/- and a gold chain from the mother of informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34459 of 2022(3) dt.24-11-2022 2/2 Injury caused by petitioner no. 1 to the informant is simple in nature. There is no allegation of assault against petitioners no. 2 & 3. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IV, Nawada in connection with Kawakol P.S. Case No. 337 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
