Two bail petitions are being heard together and disposed of by common order as two cases arise in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that F.I.R. is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15824 of 2015 (3) dt.07-08-2015 against unknown. It is further submitted that names of the petitioners have come in confessional statement of co-accused and mobile and T.V. set has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, namely, Indradeo Yadav. Further it is submitted thats no T.I. parade has been conducted to ensure the articles recovered are theft articles.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015. m.p.
