The petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner and co-accused Ashmit Kumar assaulted the informant with lathi on the head. It is also alleged that the petitioner fired from his pistol causing injury on the right knee of the informant.

It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the charge-sheet has been vide Charge Sheet No. 135/14 on 30.10.2014 without injury report.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13079 of 2015 (02) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 131 of 2014.
