JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the I.P.C.

A truck loaded with Maida was robbed. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of the coaccused. A statement has been made in para 8 of the petition that petitioner has not been put on test identification parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 191 of 2014.

No.13048 of 2015 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 Since the petitioner is accused in three other cases, let learned Court below cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if the petitioner gets substantially involved in similar nature of offence or defaults for three consecutive occasions during trial.
