JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and perused the report dated 28.11.2017. The quashing application has been filed against the order dated 21.10.2014 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge1st Benipur, Darbhanga, rejecting the petition filed under Sections 227 and 228 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioners taking plea that no prima facie case under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is made out. Now the matter has become infructuous as the case is now running for the prosecution evidence.
