JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he produced fake rent receipt and got bonus but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner being farmer sold paddy and produced rent receipt which had been issued to him by the Circle Office and, therefore, petitioner was not aware of this fact that said rent receipt was forged document.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Shyamal Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5541 of 2016 (2) dt.16-02-2016 2/2 Danapur/concerned court in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015.
