JUSTICE AKHILESH CHANDRA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is second attempt made on behalf of the petitioner for the grant of regular bail which was earlier rejected on 06.02.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39243/2012 in connection Mokama P.S. Case No. 121/2004 pending before 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Barh, District - Patna, in S.C. No. 35/2011, with a liberty to renew the prayer before the trial court itself after commencement of the trial, petitioner has unsuccessfully renewed the prayer and report of the trial court indicates that six witnesses have already been examined and as submitted, eight more are left with and the trial court excepts conclusion of the trial within six months.

Further, taking into consideration the list of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.101 of 2015 (3) dt.28-01-2015 cases carrying by the petitioner which as per para - 3 are 69 in numbers.

Hence, this application stands disposed of with a direction to do the needful to prove its expectation true.
