The petitioner seeks bail in Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 371 of 2014 under Sections 392 and 411 of the I.P.C. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner was apprehended alongwith Mantosh Kumar Singh and from possession of the petitioner, arms and ammunitions were recovered for which Danapur P.S. Case No. 310 of 2014 was registered. A motorcycle was recovered from possession of Mantosh Kumar Singh who disclosed that he alongwith the petitioner snatched the motorcycle.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the
