JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-05-2019 Mr. Mukesh Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to prefer a revision before the Devisional Commissioner, Munger under under Rule 32 (vi) of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Orders, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be exempted from filing the certified copies of the orders impugned as the records are allegedly burnt. The
Patna High Court CWJC No.16503 of 2018(3) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 aforesaid ground shall be taken by the petitioner before the revisional court which will consider the same and pass necessary orders in accordance with law. The petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
Needless to state that the revision, if so filed by the petitioner and entertained by the revisional authority, shall be disposed of within the statutory period provided in the Control Order of 2016.
