The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.541 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No.7634/2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 420, 379 of the IPC. Later on sections 328, 392, 302, 21, 414 and 34 of the IPC was added. Earlier, the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 19.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6102 of 2021 by this Court.

The petitioner has now filed this application for bail. Having gone through the submissions of the parties and on perusal of the bail application, I find that there is no new

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34650 of 2022(3) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 ground taken by the petitioner for grant of bail, as such, the prayer for bail is rejected.
