JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No. 40 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 419 of the Indian Penal Code.

The boundary of the sale deed has been wrongly mentioned and considering the nature of allegation that the other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail, the allegation against the petitioner is not distinguished from that of others, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Mr. Suresh Prasad Sah @ Baranwal, learned counsel for the informant strongly opposes the bail application.
