JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as also heard learned counsel, appearing for the informant. Although petitioners are named but no specific overt act has been attributed against them. Moreover, it is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioners that while granting bail to co-accused, Fulkali Devi, a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 08-01-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 503 of 2015 observed that only one injury was found on the person of the deceased.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8275 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran.
