Petitioners apprehend arrest in registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 120B and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, allegation against these petitioners is that they obtained appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated certificates.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that at the time of appointment all

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33977 of 2022(4) dt.17-11-2022 2/2 the certificates of the petitioners were verified by the competent authority and thereafter, they were appointed. Petitioners have not committed any wrong doing. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail application submitting that petitioners obtained appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated certificates.

Considering the fact the petitioners obtained appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated certificates, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
